  • Between 1-2 weeks for up to two rolls - dependant on the volume of the order.

  • We have a drop off point at London Camera Exchange* in Guildford, where you can personally hand over your film to Hayden, the technician.

    Otherwise, using Royal Mail to the Lab’s address is perfectly fine. An order reference number will be allocated upon delivery.

    The return of negatives can either be from collecting at London Camera Exchange or to be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked - postage is included in all pricing.

    *Skylark Studios is not apart of London Camera Exchange, this is just my second job which means you can drop off your film to me personally.

  • As standard we scan as a High Res JPEG

    35mm - 4400 × 2950px approx.

    120 - 6800 × 6800px approx.

    5×4 - 9940 × 12430px approx.

  • We use WeTransfer to send all images. Which means you will receive a separate email that contains a download link to receive your digital images.

  • Payment method is via an online Stripe invoice which is sent via a separate email once an order is completed.
